It was a pleasure working with 912 Inspections on two different properties. They helped us avoid buying a property that had many hidden problems, though seemingly impeccable. They scrutinized every parts of the two houses. They inspected and advised on what to do to minimize further damage. - Aaron was VERY thorough on the inspection for the house we were looking to purchase. Though the house was only 10 years old, the inspection returned 67 pages of issues. - Aaron came to inspect our house and I am really happy for that. The very first 10 steps he made into our house he noticed water marks, so small that i wouldn't see them myself. He was very observant,around the house, wothout me even asking, he let me know in person what was wrong and where exactly in the house, along with a detailed report and a very detailed explanation of the problem or what was causing the problem. His personal opinion was offered when i asked for as well. He was not cutting corners, and he was honest in every step.I bet some people won't like him because he can expose all the wrong things and mistakes of a house...but we like him (as owners of the property) so thank you!!! - Aaron at 912 inspections is just simply awesome and reassuring to work with. He is incredibly thorough in his inspection and really has your best interest at heart. He gave me a great assessment of an older home (1951 not too many updates since the 70s…) I am looking to buy. He is very level headed and calm in his explanations like a great surgeon explaining to a patient the mysteries of the body. Aaron breaks down for you what exactly is happening in your potential home. It is evident he has vast knowledge of homes but he still brings in other experts at no charge to the customer to diagnose termites and mold possibilities in the home. Again he truly wants you to be aware of every possible thing going on at the property which could materialize down the road. He will warn you of bigger issues that want immediate attention, and he will tell you of small details which may turn up in the next five years. Again a thorough, highly detailed report. During the inspection I asked questions all along the way and continued to ask questions after receiving my report the following morning. Aaron is incredibly patient and giving with his knowledge all through the process.
